We invite you to take part in the All-Russian Astrometric Conference "Pulkovo - 2009". The Conference is dedicated to the International Year of Astronomy and also to the 170-th anniversary of Pulkovo Observatory of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The Conference will take place at the Central (Pulkovo) Astronomical Observatory from June 15 through June 19, 2009.

The publication of abstracts before the Conference and of the proceedings thereafter is also planned.
